A NIGHT OF LOVING DEVOTION TO THE END

Food by Kumpay Kitchen and drinks by (Future Gin, Dead of Night, or Ventura Spirits) will also be available. Star Feliz/Priestusssy (they/them) is an artist, musician, and healer living and working on Tongva land (Los Angeles, CA). Feliz illuminates the processes of world-building as they braid back together the strands of life within their Afro-Taino lineage of the Caribbean and its diaspora that were so violently fragmented since the onset of European colonization.

Cielo Saucedo(they/them)
Cielo Saucedo is an disabled artist from a family of migrant farm workers. They work with computer generated imagery, non-fiction writing and sculpture to disrupt notions of humanism and make space for disabled mind-bodies and ecologies.Technology mediates their artistic production with the wax and wane of their ability. From this direct response to their body, an unprivileged mutuality between ecological space and virtual experience is offered.

Morsel Monroy(they/them)
Is a Los Angeles based poet and cellist who identifies as a queer femme Latinx person. Their writing is inspired by a blend of personal experiences with addiction, growing up in the repressive and racist American South, and the works of authors such as James Baldwin, Allen Ginsburg, Audre Lorde, and Gloria Anzaldúa. They currently attend the University of California Santa Cruz and is apart of an artist collective called Family Dinner located in LA.

Edgar Fabián Frías (they/them) is a multidisciplinary artist, psychotherapist, educator, curator, and brujx based in Los Angeles. With a passion for breaking boundaries and creating new forms of knowledge, Frías blends diverse artistic disciplines to produce thought-provoking and immersive works of art that transcend conventional categories. Their oeuvre encompasses installation, photography, video art, sound, sculpture, printed textiles, GIFs, performance, social practice, and community organizing, reflecting their commitment to experimentation and innovation.

Vaughan Larsen (she/they) received their BFA in Photography from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Veeler is the co-founder and Gallery Director of New Art City.
